I had hope for Noem a few years ago, but her actions have not improved her image to me. That was before the dog story. For whatever reason, she chose to put the story in her book, so she should be prepared to explain it. It is not typical behavior, in my opinion. The fact that she killed her pet because it was a nuisance, certainly doesn't make me feel better about her.
Does it really matter what any court within our corrupted judiciary says now. All level of the government have been subverted and corrupted to the core and the Constitution has been shredded and tossed into the gutter. The normal rules are now void and other means will need to sort things out.
