I'd respond to your first paragraph with a single-word response....the UN. Everything the UN attempts to sell is "of light"; world peace, no borders, equality, etc. But I always go back to one important verse to remind me that none of this is about the physical world we are experiencing..."the kingdom of heaven is within you". Look around....despite current events, some people are 100% at peace, while others are 100% distraught. The final victory is within, not in the world around us....just my opinion ?♀️
I found this post by putting "Jesus" in the search to see if anyone else may have shared my line of thinking. After reading all the comments, I gotta say, regardless what side of this your opinion falls, people take things far too literally. I've always said, there's a reason Jesus spoke in parables, and there's a reason why the bible is chalk full of symbolism. Things are not always what they seem when you're only looking when the two eyes on your face ? Ya gotta dig deeper IMO
