Canada had way worse restrictions. Vaccine Passports in all of Canada, Masks, etc... Most conservatives in the US live in rural areas or freer states like Florida. Plus, all focus shifted from Covid to Muh Ukraine, restrictions were arbitrarily dropped within weeks, and the very reason for the convoy fizzled out. Times just haven't gotten bad enough here for most people to do anything.
"Read your state Constitution" This may take awhile in Alabama. We have the longest constitution in the world, at 388,000 words. If reading it at 200 words per minute, it would take me 32 hours.
