Where in that video does it mention he fled? Dude. He was in Kenya, negotiating deployment of Kenyan police to Haiti. He tried to fly into Dominican Republic but was not cleared and ended up landing in Puerto Rico. Don’t be gullible. He was on his way back to his country after the gangs tried to take over the country. Common sense man lol
