It was for viewing the fireworks... you can see in the video people are standing on it and at one point you see people running up the stairs.
ah correct, I think the actual stream the guy watches records in increments of 24 hours at a time so that would explain why the recording says 1/19 and then the guy says in the video he was looking back at his recorded footage as the entire 24 hour stream is only available in current 24 hour blocks so after its shown on the site its gone forever to u as the viewer

It's tough to say obviously I cannot confirm that anyone was arrested but around :20-:30 you can see the flood light is obscuring the white house as piles of cars pull in. you can see people standing outside and moving about but then magically 7 minutes later at about 7:05 its a ghost town with a normally lit white house and we know now the days following this night the white house has been dark every night since. those lights you see at 7:05 have not been on since, have they
I'm not sure its possible everyone was server subpoenas, some sort of legal documents... I imagine it is plausible they could have been loaded into the cars while the flood lights on and the entire white house was evacuated while everyone was processed, you cannot see a thing past the flood light. Then fireworks. almost seems like a very convenient cover.
it's worth review as obviously the white house has lights surrounding the entire building you can clearly see it if you want it illuminated. but next to the fireworks stand is clearly a MASSIVE flood light that thing would blind people in a football field is that not bizarre to anyone except me??
