I'm no expert, my thinking is that if you take vitamin c derived from fruit as suggested and not ascorbic acid, there'll probably be at least trace levels of carbs. The type i use is somewhat sticky and have a faint sweetness to it.
I'll gladly be wrong about this.
As an ex-smoker and ex-sugar addict, I'd say quitting smoking is harder. But I did quit smoking cold turkey, but eliminated sugar gradually. First by replacing it with sweetener and then reducing the sweetener over time. None in coffee, only drink soda water, bubble water, seltzer water, whatever it is called in your neck of the woods. And I do mostly carnivore diet, so little to no carbs and specifically sugar.
I remember when i was in high school in South Africa in the 80s that Wednesday morning assembly was pretty much a praise and worship service. At the time it was no big deal, now i thank God that Christianity was ingrained in our schools.
Nice try. I'm pretty sure my church do not have any pedophiles on payroll, and if anybody found out there are, they will be ousted instantly, not protected at the highest levels.
Other than that, all churches obviously are made up of sinful people.
Once again, I might be wrong, but my understanding is that most vitamin C supplements are made from chemicals to form ascorbic acid. Whereas vitamin C extracted from fruit is "real" vitamin C as made by God and nature.
