I'm not really a greenie, more a techie and engineer. But, the Aptera is the only production 'car' (3 wheels) that has solar with 700W of solar max power. They say you can get 40 miles of 'free' driving on that on a perfect day. Tesla cars are much heavier and power hungry-er than the Aptera and their team decided it wasn't worth it from what I read.
Maybe they've been waiting on a solar event to blame on them bringing down all electronics by emp or just manually take down the internet and communications? I thought they were setting up for this with the solar eclipse stories, but nothing came.

When the Fed buys these securities, it credits the selling banks' reserves at the Fed, which increases the amount of money that banks have available to lend. There is no direct transfer of money to the banks to pad their balance sheets.

Yeah. Rents are insane. I lucked out with decent rent for a decade in the northern edge of the city and then bought a co-op. Rent is a losing proposition here. Especially now. At least with the co-op, I have a decent amount of equity when I leave. Unless the whole city goes under before then.
From my viewpoint, there may not be a good side in this fight. The deep state in Israel may be behind a lot of the world's problems and Hamas seems to be the terrorists I believe them to be. There are probably innocent people in both areas too. That's my opinion, and it probably is not totally correct.
