I'm not sure what this meme is referring to exactly. It was the NSDAP policies that brought Germany from the ashes of the Weimar Republic into being one of the most advanced nations in the world. This happened in just a few short years, while the rest of the world struggled with the aftermath of the Great Depression. There were key differences between national socialism and pure Marxism, like property ownership, etc.
No one can answer for sure, but, given time, it's likely that NSDAP would have morphed into something akin to capitalism if Germany had been allowed to survive following WWII.
I'm not suggesting that national socialism is anywhere close to being the right solution in today's world. But for the place in time, in history, national socialism was the right move for Germany and Germans.
The best answer to this is in the Goebbel's handbook Nazi-Sozi. In that they use the exact same argument that the current day socialists use:
"We are socialists not Marxists"
And then they go on to explain why Marxism is bad, but socialism is good.
Exact same playbook as now.
Knowing what we now know about Nazis (and I am not talking about Hitler here), they were one of the heads of the two headed eagle (along with Communism). Whether Nazis won the war or Commies won the war the result would have been an esnlaved one-government Europe. Luckily Hitler and Stalin thwarted this abomination with mutual destruction.
