I am wondering why Biden has not replaced Berrier. I thought maybe Biden didn't have any authority over the DIA Director, that is not so. I thinking Biden was given the authority to nominate cabinet slots but other positions were off limits because he is not the legitimate Commander in Chief. I think Biden was allowed to nominate a few military and intelligence seats so not to draw to much suspicion about Biden's lack of power. Everything else was off limits.

General Berrier, my ultimate boss, has instituted legalized segregation in the office. He took a 100 year step back into America's dark past and has started a "No mask if you're vaccinated" policy, but you have to "mask up 100% of the time if you're not vaccinated".
