Well Gavin NewScum just signed a law legalizing his Gender Health Care Professionals, to do sexual surgeries without parental consent no matter the age! I’ve had to grapple with this today as it brings up self mental trauma at the hands of a trafficked child. And God bless this child as it’s not even the beginning of her fault things went this way. She just talked matter of fact. I stated it somewhat as a scenario of a girl getting breast/boob enhancements below but I’ll tell the story. Helps me chew through.
So my first 3 years as a youth counselor in 2003-2006/07 was spent in juvenile hall, counseling drug addicted youth. My first year I worked off/on with a 15 year old young lady whom had already been in/out of the hall 2 years before I got there. To keep the story short, she has started running away from home then/2 years before and doing meth, but mostly Coke with older men. And to survive, she got into prostituting herself, all backed by her thick mental health and juvenile court files. In the hall she was very open about talking about her stuff because she’d learned nothing would happen to her, the info she releases to adults never gets out, and at 18 her files would be sealed. So she felt safe in just talking about her last two years. Anyway I learned a lot about child trafficking. She has been back in forth across Cali’s southern border many times, and into Nevada. Her hopes were to work near Las Vegas once she was by law old enough to be a professional prostitute. She discussed how a few men, wealthy, had offered to do enhancements on her, and she planned to have her boobs done, once she was out of the hall this time. She hadn’t figured how she’d do it as a minor but stated any one of these men could easily pretend to be her guardian and have it done……. Any random sicko that had the cash, could vouche and have it done. She was talking about this in 2003! Here we are in 2022 and it’s now Legal! And I never saw her again after that last J.H. Stay.
So here lies my sole-soul issue with this new Bill/Law that Gavin NewScum has signed in. This is why it has shaken me to the core. Because there are thousands, if not tens of thousands of Tiffany’s out their right now, now legally able to do this in California. If they or a trans-boy wanted enhancement’s to “affirm their Gender”, and then be trafficked later, guess what?! It’s now totally okay in Cali to not tell the parents!! Well what if that child gets hurt or dies during surgery, and the parents have no clue?! Who’s always held responsible by the courts and MEDIA regardless?! The Parents!! This Bill is on a whole new level of Shame and Stupidity. And from someone who’s legally had to hold onto stories like this in their mind and not disclose anything……this just brings traumatic anger. How the F, can We The People allow any politician to fail our children like this? I for one, will never forget her.

I’m curious how these doctors will be paid. The kids can’t use their parent’s insurance if there is no consent, so the insurance companies aren’t paying it. I doubt they have tens of thousands laying around to pay out of pocket. Tax payer money? I would love to see those financial reports and how they write it off.
