If you read the text, the protection ends when they are “sentenced.“ There is no requirement that they actually serve that time in prison. Based on the text, the success of any subsequent appeal would be irrelevant. (But I assume that the interpretation of that point would depend upon whether the person affected was a conservative or a progressive.)

“The protection authorized in paragraphs (1) through (8) shall terminate for any person upon sentencing following conviction for a Federal or State offense that is punishable for a term of imprisonment of at least one year.”

That should read the “US legal system“ because we do not have a “justice system.“

Are you assuming that the wife is not perverted?

How very disappointing to hear that he has offspring . . .

If they claim they “thought they were citizens,” voting is not punishable at all, much less being a “deportable offense.”

So, are you saying that the ideas of “sin vs. sinless” and “before vs. after” are the equivalents of “wave vs. particle” - so “before” and “after” occur simultaneously? And if there is no such thing as time, then does that mean that they are always in existence?

It is difficult for me to comprehend a world with no time. If we are here as a consequence of sin, then there must have been a point at which we were somewhere else without having sinned and not having been sent here. How do you identify that point, which involves the concept of “before and after,” without time?

“Global equity” - Rationale for promoting mass migration to the US and Western Europe.

“That process [promotion of mass migration to the US and Western Europe] is going to continue until you reach a state where quality of life here can offer no more than quality of life there. Because as long as there’s an incentive they’re going to come here. As long as they look and see that hey, life is better there than it is here, they’re going to come. And that’s what global equity looks like. It means these countries become a little less poor, right? There’s a little less crime because they’ve sent their poor people and their criminals here. And life here becomes a little bit worse. We have more crime. We have the gangs in those countries. We have the people who they couldn’t take care of. And it also creates this, like, socialist superstructure to take care of them. So that is what global equity looks like. Basically they’re bringing everything to the lowest common denominator, flattening of the world.”

Thank you for the link! Cates appears to be saying that the law fare strategy against Trump is failing. The only case coming to trial before the election so far is the supposed hush money case, which is not going well, and it is looking like the other ones will probably not come to trial before the election in November. After the election there is, of course, no point to the cases. And the other major complication is the Florida judge who is allowing the information to come out about how the “evidence“ in the documents case in Florida was gathered, revealing some of the slimy tactics they use.

Apparently their push to get people to eat bugs isn’t moving as quickly as they would like. Eliminate the farm animals, and now maybe people will be more open to eating bugs. I am assuming that there will be some “studies” showing that bugs can’t get avian flu.

And like she says in the video, once the ballot is separated from the identification, there is no way to prove how the alien voted.

Autocorrect on iPhones frequently substitutes “their” for “there.” It’s easy to miss the substitution, even if you try to proofread.
