What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
It is cooked, but for sushi prep its smoked or grilled from what i just read. Ive tried it prepared in a traditional chinese dish over rice, and it was dramatically different, and far for the worse
Ah interesting.
Now, for whatever reason, I find most Chinese food to be uninteresting and/or oddly-flavored. I think every other Asian food is typically very good (and Indian as well) so how China being in the middle manages to bork it so hard generally I have no idea.
Edit: So I can see whatever they do to the eel to be dumb. They probably boil it or some shit.
I guess so, because the dish i was having was underwhelming and bland :/ I'm a huge fan of japanese/korean/indian food, so it was a major disappointment.
Very unfortunate.
