I have a theory about Scientology. For anyone that has kept up on the dealings with the cult, Danny Masterson of the 70s Show is in court for rape charges. Normally, Scientology leadership and attorneys would be able to keep this sort of thing under the rug. So why not this time?
Maybe certain players have been using this opportunity to have this predicament blow the lid on the cult and it’s dealings should the DS need a smokescreen to divert attention away from Arizona voting this past week. With Tom Cruise being the face of the cult, wouldn’t it be ideal to use that house of cards to divert our attention when the AZ fiasco goes haywire?

Intense exercise about 90 minutes before bed. For me it was punching a heavy bag for 20-30 mins straight. No food from 4 hours before bed on, just water. I like the no calorie water flavor drops. Low volume soothing music while I sleep. Either new-agey stuff, like the Soundscapes channel, or Light Classical. If smoking, maybe try the Blueberry strain and its derivatives. I've also tried and had success with Zonked sleep gummies. They contain THC, Melatonin, CBD and CBN. Praying or meditating on positive things right before bed. And most importantly, forgiving yourself.
I have heard that psilocybin has had great results with treatment , and CO just legalized it. You might want to look into it.
Make sure you’re praying to the Lord every night, and then I put this video on my phone and I said it next to my pillow. It’s very peaceful, and relaxing. But it’s also audibly declaring the name of the Lord in your home. The video is called He Is - and proclaimed everything that God is to each and everyone of us.

Also you may want to find a-based psychologist that does EMDR. This will help for sure guaranteed! It’s a rapid eye-movement procedure, simple, and it should be covered by insurance. Just do a little research on it, so you can figure out how it works. But I can tell you from a person who’s had PTSD, it does work.
But your best solution is finding a Bible believing church, and reading one song and one proverb day, and attending a men’s or women’s Bible study. Fill your mind up with the Lord, and you’ll be amazed at how peaceful your life can be. God bless you and have a great day
I was also going to recommend EMDR. It will change the planet you're living on. Talking therapy is like talking to a malfunctioning machine, trying to get it to fix itself. EMDR is like getting in there and rewiring it.
