So Thaci was enroute to meet with President Trump when he was arrested? Sounds like someone was running interference to stop Thaci's meeting with President Trump.
The interesting thing is, Jack Smith was the chief prosecutor at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, an international tribunal at The Hague tasked with investigating and prosecuting war crimes in the Kosovo War.

His Wiki page lists his high school in NY. When you look up his graduating class, there is a Jack Smith listed. It could just be that they’re really good at covering their asses, or Trump wants us to look at the names of his previous positions, like prosecuting Kosovo war crimes at The Hague.
