There’s no “now” about it - it’s been the case for a very long time.
Just say “no”. Don’t be so concerned about looking like the “bad guy” - eventually, the kids will understand who the real bad guy is in the family. Stand up to your wife - you might find that it earns her respect. And if it doesn’t, and she threatens you with divorce (again), you’ll more than likely lose what you shouldn’t have had in the first place.

It’s definitely not satanic, although some forms can be counterproductive in the sense that they can induce a hypnotic state (i.e., repetitive “om”s, etc.).
Praying is good, equivalent to speaking to God. Meditating, on the other hand, is listening to God. “Be still and know….”. That’s where you’ll find your answers. The strength you need is within you. In quiet, you’ll receive the guidance you need.
Don’t make any major decisions when you’re in a conflicted state of mind - that never leads to anything positive. Be patient and things will work out, seemingly without any effort on your part.

If she is having an affair, it might be impossible to save the marriage (although some marriages have survived that type of betrayal and become stronger for it). You seem to be a good husband and an attentive dad - a stable women would appreciate those qualities. Do not underestimate the devastation divorce can bring, especially financially. If you were my son, I would advise you to find the strength to do what you can to keep the family together, for their sake as well as yours. Decent women respect a man’s strength, so set your fears aside and take the lead.
