Kind of wish Chevron decision would be announced once POTUS is back in office because Biden's goons will find a way to make it worse. Like implement more agencies to investigate the agencies that already should not exist.
For the first approximately 80 yrs, except for a brief period during the Civil War, the US survived on tariffs Even in the 1920's, only 2% of the US expenditures came from income tax. From 1868 until 1913, 90 percent of all revenue came from taxes on liquor, beer, wine and tobacco.
Enter the Depression and FDR, with the Fed's blessing, throwing money around like only a Democrat can. He and the politicians rubbing their grubby hands together once they realized they could steal money from US citizens and call it "income tax".
Not to mention these days, Federal employment is insane. There are 3 million Federal employees earning an avg. of $100,000/year. 3000000 x $100000 = 300 BILLION DOLLAR A YEAR Praying POTUS will drastically cut the number of employees once he is reelected.
In my case, I think it's the exhaustion of the past almost 7 yrs. I am worn out. Praying it is all resolved.
For the first several yrs, I was raring to go but now, meh. I still believe as much as ever that God wins, I'm just so lethargic. It isn't my diet because I am meticulous about what I eat. If anything, I'd classify it as adrenal fatigue but my cortisol levels are fine.
May be a low grade depression🤷🏻♀️

In an election several yrs ago, I went into the voting booth and made my choices on an electronic machine. I always check my choices before clicking to register. When I checked, every choice had switched to the opponent of my choices. Thinking I had made a mistake, I chose again and the same thing happened! On the 4th try, my choices finally registered. I did nothing different. It was the machine. When I walked out of the booth, I loudly (not yelling) told the poll watchers about what had happened. I also told everyone in line to check and recheck their choices before registering their vote.
LOL, my 10 yr old grandson asked me today, "Do you know there are Russian subs off Florida?" I told him, "Yes.". He said, "Brain dead Biden is looking for an excuse to go to war." I told him we're okay. He then said, "Yeah, Putin seems like a good dude. Better than a lot of those people in Congress getting money from China and Israel!"
Children are very aware of what's going on.
It was after seeing this announcement of POTUS's that my husband and his siblings insisted doctors begin giving my then 93 yr old MIL HCQ. After only a few hours, doc was able to remove her breathing tube. She went home a couple of days later. Before the HCQ, the doc told my husband and his family to prepare for MIL's death. We had her in our lives for another 3 yrs.
I understand the income tax was instituted before FDR. My point, apparently not well made was that FDR and gov't saw income tax as way to tax and spend and they've been on that joyride ever since.. Why did we even fight WWII? The US should have stayed out of it.
Keep the military BUT stay out of foreign wars like stupid Ukraine. Our military should protect our country and our borders. If government leaders want to fight overseas, let them and their families don fatigues.
Most of all, we need transparency in ALL agencies that would survive a purge.
