Without a doubt, it was Daniel's faith in God. (1John 4:18) says "Perfect Love cast out all fear"(when someone comes to the realization than God loves them so much that He gave his only begotten Son to save them, they cease to fear anything) that would include lions. Because if God did not spare his only begotten Son but gave him up for us, how will God with his Son, not give us all other things?). It is a shame and nearly impossible to truly believe that God gave us the (greatest He had) His only begotten Son Jesus Christ) and then would hold back something smaller from us. As it is written, "If God be for us, what can be against us" (that can prevail long-term)? The answer is nothing. Daniel neither feared the Lions or king Darius, because of his faith in God strengthened by his (matured understanding) of God's love for him, in whom he believed. It is the will of God that his children (not just Daniel) live free of (all) fear, including the fear of death. If we still fear, it is because (the love of God has not yet been perfected in us) we have not yet come to the (full) understanding of how much God loves us. When we have (complete)l understanding) of Gods (perfect love) for us, that (revelation) will keep us from fearing anything in this world. And you are right the hills are coverd with God's Angels. And Psalms 91:11 says, "God gives his angels charge over us to keep us in (all) our ways" unlike the prophets servant, we don't have to see them (to know they are there) it is enough for us, that God's Holy Word tells us they are there. It is the same reason we do not fear this movie we are watching. Because God has already told us How It ends. πŸ™

Those who are truly God's children (by faith in Christ) fear the left, as much as Daniel feared the Lions, in the Lion's den.

Interesting answer. I could respond Joshua and Caleb lived under a lot harsher conditions, but that too would be feeding into the premise, that conditions in our world limit what God could do for us. I wish God was powerful enough, to do what he did in the past and not be (limited) by our food supply, imagine a God so powerful that he would not even be limited by tainted food. Study:Mark 16:16 to 17 (either Jesus is lying or he's telling the truth). What did Jesus say would be possible to those who believe? So it's clear Jesus said that he would enforce (cause to come to pass) and apply to those (who believe) what is written in Mark 16: 16-17, the drinking of deadly things, wouldn't that principal include our food also? The other side of the coin then must be true, it is not enforced and does not apply for those who do not believe. Proverbs 23:7 says "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he" If a man does not think it's possible, will he apply Faith to it? But on the flip side Jesus says in (mark 9:23) "All things are possible to them that (do) believe" All this flies in the face of everything we've been taught in this world. Each one of us stands in the middle of those two scenarios and make our choice. Choose wisely.

72,? You're a spring chicken. Lol. Moses only started his ministry at 80. I do believe Caleb was 85 when Caleb went into his portion of the promised Land and defeated their best warrior in hand-to-hand combat. Since God is the same yesterday, today and forever. God is still doing now what he did then. And since God is no respecter of persons and has no favorites. What God did for Moses and Caleb he'll do for us, if we'll use our faith, as they did. The world has lied to us about everything, age is no differentt. They have conditioned us to believe that if we make it to 80 we're lucky. Let us cast down their false flag of age, and let us refuse to use age as our measuring stick, but let our measuring stickt be the word of God,,and what is possible with God. πŸ™

This is like watching the end of a movie, then deciding to watch the full movie (as you watch) you are fully aware it doesn't matter what they do. They don't win.

True, but those passages are speaking of the Jews (wanting) to kill Jesus, not that they killed him.

There is no such thing as a (true) atheist! It is an impossibility. The truth about God is known instinctively to every person for God has put the knowledge of himself in them. Not to mention the Sun, the moon, and the stars cry out every day, there is a creator. Therefore all who claim there is no God will be without excuse on that day. When someone says there is no God what they're really saying is, "There is no God for me, I am my own God" all the while ignoring the fact that they can't guarantee their next breath.

Yes I would be willing to share the word, with you. Just not quite sure how we would do it. But in the meantime it saddens me to hear about the palsy, and if it Grieves me to hear you struggle with palsy, how much more God? Therefore I share these things for you to study, (that you might be healed). Read: Psalms 103 you will find in those verses written the benefits that belong to anyone that belongs to Christ. After finding out from Psalms 103 what belongs to you (in Christ) then go to the example given in Luke 13: 11-16 Notice: what is written there about the woman suffering with the spirit of infirmity 18 years, Jesus said Satan had bound her (not) God, Jesus said she had (a right) to go free (not because she had done good works, not because, she had never sinned) but simply because she was (a daughter of Abraham) (meaning) healing belong to her in the Abrahamic covenant, that means then that healing belongs to us too because,(Galatians 3:29) says,"if you belong to Christ then (you are Abraham's seed )and heirs according to the promise" therefore healing belongs to anyone who belongs to Christ, (in other words) you too have a right to go free. Sin as been paid for on the cross by Christ, and where sin has been paid for sickness has no right to stay. Notice: this lady went 18 years without her healing even though it belonged to her, and was not God's will that she be sick. This can only be for two reasons: One: She didn't know her covenant and What belonged to her(as it is written) "My people perish for a lack of knowledge" or she knew but (didn't believe) it. Unbelief hinders the perfect will of God being done on Earth Notice: Matthew 13:58 ( "And there Jesus could do no mighty works because of their unbelief") Notice: it didn't say Jesus (wouldn't) it said he (couldn't) heal them because of they're unbelief. Which is happening to many Christians today, because of their unbelief or lack of knowledge. They think because they're not healed it must not be God's will. They forget or don't know that everything that belongs to us from God must be received by faith. Study: Numbers chapter 13 and 14, here you will see that God gave the people of Israel the promised Land, so it's clear,it was God's will that they have the land, but they would not believe it, therefore they did not go in and possess it and died in the wilderness (never possessing what belonged to them) (except) for Caleb and Joshua the (only two) who dared believe God and went in and possess the land, God had given them. So you see it is possible for something to be God's Will for our life, and yet it not be done because we won't believe it . If you have given your life to Christ then you belong to Christ and you have a right to be healed, healing belongs to you just like it belonged to that woman with the spirit of infirmity. As you study the Bible it is imperative that you remember and believe (two things) ONE:"God is the same yesterday today and forever"(Hebrews 13:8) that means what God did before he still doing. SECOND: "God is (no respecter) of persons (Romans 2: 11-16) that means whatever God did for somebody else he's willing to do for you(if you are willing to believe as they did). God wanted that woman with the spirit of infirmity to go free from sickness, and he desires you to go free from sickness. 3John:2 says, "Beloved, I desire above all things that thou mayest prosper, be in health, even as your soul prosperous" this is God's perfect will for us, on Earth. Guard yourself, from those who say,"Oh all that has passed away" Remember those that think they can't, don't. "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he" instead line yourself up with the words ofJesus, who said," ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO THEM THAT BELIEVE" here are a couple of resources for you, that I recommend, get your hands on anything written by E W Kenyon (can be ordered on Amazon) next go on YouTube, where you can get for free, all the messages preached by Kenneth E Hagin and listen carefully, combine your own study of God's word ,with what God will show you through these men of God. And if you will apply FAITH to what God will show you, as surely as I'm writing you, you shall go free from the palsy. πŸ™

Yikes, I don't envy your task. Trying to figure out which part of the scriptures are inspired and God-given and which aren't, I would think this will lead to a double-minded soul" After all "A little leaven leavens the whole loaf" For me it's simple, Genesis to Revelation is the God-given inspiredt word of God, and the Holy Spirit (The Teacher) brings understanding. Food for thought: Wouldn't you think, if man can delete, hide, and pervert the word God (intended) for the well-being of man, that would make man smarter than God, and Satan smarter than God. Of course not, so what we have is the word of God, and is profitable for every need we could ever face. "Heaven and Earth will pass away, but God's word will never pass away"πŸ™

Remember they rejected the sinless Christ. Just seeing Christ convicted them of their shortcomings, and caused them to grind their teeth. Is it any wonder MSM turn their nose at Melania.

What sign she is? I know you think this is harmless, but listen to what's written. "Woe unto them who seek advice from everyone but me" says the Lord. "Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly procrastinators, stand up and save thee from these things that shalll come upon you. They cannot even deliver themselves. You'll get no help from them at all. Theirs is no fire to sit beside to make you warm" (Isaiah 47:13)

God's prescription: "My son attend to my words, give heed to my sayings" " For my word is life to all that find them and health to all their flesh" (Proverbs 4:20). Take two Scriptures daily with faith.

John 14:9 Jesus "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me" The truth can't get in the way since He is the way.
