Okay this is gonna sound silly compared to the other stories here, but my red pill moment was "Michelle Obama, Style Icon". It was a CNN article accompanied by a picture of "her" in the most god-awful outfit I've ever seen. I have fucking eyes you know! That's when I knew the system was complete bullshit.
