They are brainwashed because the American Heart Association said eggs make cholesterol go up which causes heart problems, heart attacks. Just more lies to get us to eat grains, sugary cereal. I believe that was late 80s or early 90s. I could be wrong about what org said they were bad. Possibly the gov, fda, or division that did the food pyramid. By the way the higher your cholesterol the better for your brain health. I eat at least two eggs a day and sometimes four. The more eggs I eat the better I lose weight and they keep me full a very long time.
I need to go to sleep gotta get up early tomorrow to go to breakfast with my daughter & fam. It’s her birthday. I’m at the coast and the best thunder storm is just getting started. I love hearing the thunder and seeing the lightning. God is so powerful yet he’s gentle also. I’m always in awe of the natural beauty he’s provided. Good night all. Blessings to all you fabulous 🐸s.
enter textThat would be nice. I’m a lazy crocheter I hate changing yarn colors. I think I’m going to try crocheting kids stuffed animals, Amigurumi. Also some snowflakes and other holiday things for window garland. I have a lot of tobacco twine. It’s like cooking twine but a little thicker, comes on big spools. My grandma sold the crochet bedspreads for $500.00 in the 80s. She made all the grandkids one & the older great grandkids. I included links to get a visual idea. My granddad farmed. In the 70s I watched the ladies wrap the tobacco on sticks for drying. I used to beg to do it. It wasn’t fun, hard physical work. Now it’s automatic. North Carolina still grows a lot of tobacco. I love the smell of dried tobacco, it smells sweet with a mix of woodsy. Many times I’ll find a dried tobacco leaf in my yard dropped from the farmers carrying it to market. Wow I went off topic!
I’ve had so many hobbies since I was a child. Crafting was a big deal in my family. Mama & grandma were always making things for themselves and to sell. I learned to crochet at eight years old. Just the basic stitches. As an adult I have made several things. Then it was embroidery, cross stitch about twelve and macrame followed. In my twenties I did lots of cross stitch projects, stretched and framed them myself. I’ve done just about every craft around. Taught myself to sew and did that for several years. Many I figured out weren’t for me. Candle making was a big mess. That’s why I don’t mind paying for homemade candles. My favorite is crochet because it comes easy to me. I want to learn to knit. My eyes are really bad right now and I don’t do a lot of crafts. After surgery I’d love to get back to crafts. There’s lots of places that have craft classes. Making stained glass would be fun. Long story short soon I hope to get back into crochet and embroidery. Maybe learn to knit.
Yes it was. Animals are so in tune with the environment. I like to think the first people in garden of Eden were in tuned to the animals. My dog has had seizures a few times a year the past four years. It’s normally in November when the weather changes. He had one on the day of the eclipse. Nothing serious, you just have to hold him till it passes.
Sounds like you have life figured out. We are very proud of our beaches in North Carolina. Our secret has been out a long time. I’d love to drive across the country to different destinations. Seeing this beautiful country is for sure on my list. Right now we don’t have the time for road trips. Thinking about flying to destinations and renting a car. Enjoy your home on the road.

Little house on the hugh
Huge homes are beautiful but not the answer to happiness. The first eight years of our marriage we lived in a trailer and were very happy. It’s the people that make a home not the square footage. Home could be a motor home on the road, not for me but great for those that love it.
Agreed about home being around your loved ones. I’m a little touched in the head and would love to ride out a hurricane. No to the tsunami! My husband and I wanted the go storm chasing in tornado alley, in our twenties. Having a kid and no money we didn’t pursue it. We aren’t crazy just love to watch storms but we know they can be dangerous! I don’t sit outside in a thunderstorm.
Yeah I wouldn’t say I love it. There’s a post on here from a couple days ago. Someone did a mirror image of it. It has at least one demon head. I believe I saw two heads and children in the top around the demon head.
South Carolina on a beach near Charleston or further south. If money is flowing like mad a second home in Hawaii on the beach. Now that I have a grandchild on North Carolina beach, Carteret County. SC was always the dream. I know my daughter would never move out of state would move to NC coast if husband could get a job making what he’s making here. She’s a nurse and can work anywhere. Bottom line on a beach near them. Priorities change!
Thanks I’m excited also. Oh that’s great. I know it was worth paying the money. They said I wouldn’t need glasses. It took over six months for an appointment. I’ve needed surgery for a while. My left is awful. If I close the other eye I see a white cloud in the left eye. I haven’t driven in over a year. Guess it’s really bad because insurance is paying.
