Good question. I had this question since the first time she came on the radar. Still digging ...

let's start with naked shorters. that would have been the deswrving reason to be wiped out instead of bailed out.

the government bailed them out in 08 with 4.5 trillion dollars despite the fact they engaged in illegal behavior.

The problem is: endless amounts of dollars chasing the same rare commodity.

And to debase said inflationary trend setting in a derivative of money occurs.

This is destroying rights under the color of law.

Can such be done easily outside of UCC? Going through the court system itself outside of UCC may be very cumbersome.

But indeed, a lien would be much more probable, and should be visible within the financing statement database. Trump's name would turn up.

In a way, it may be true.

Rus is probably derived from rowing oar/ steering. So, Russian disinformation may.be: disinformation from the helmsman, those that think they are in control i.e. Glowies.

They pulled this same trick with the EU Constitution.

Ireland said no, and was forced to vote 2 more times until the "right" answer was forthcoming.

In the Netherlands the result was also no, but ....since they did not want to hold another referendum, they decided to change the wording.

So, without the people's approval, it has been rammed through and making all Dutch into EU citizens.

But... The answer still is "no!".

Of course, all these people do is unlawful but with a sauce of legitimicy.

The word is: no we can't just get out of the EU, too cumbersome. Nope. Easy. There is no need for an art. 50 letter. Simply, call upon unlawfullness. No contract!

In case of Biden, unlawful remains unlawful. Fraud vitiates everything!

In Euro too.

Nice moves indeed. And the morning slam has not materialized.

Nope. At least where it concerns the " crashing".

They will tinker around and when the WEF disciples ( especially VVd like it anymore, they will blow up this coalition.

On immigration, they intend to request hat in hand with the EU commission ( Ursula von der Leyen) to be able to take drastic measures in curbing immigration.

It is easy to be happy, but, NL is WEF Central. Things may change with AfD in Germany, and LePen in France.

In comparison, we may be in for a wild run in Silver.

08-12 was a time period where the underlying issues have been left to fester ( basically bailing out the connected class) and these underlying issues have grown much worse.

Jefferson was the first the use this power in lieu of reducing the debt by not spending 50.000 dollars on gunboats.

Trump already indicated that drill baby drill will not only increase the Federal Revenue, but also allows for tax reduction and paying off debt.

The bloated spending bills of Congress, like spending money on a study of a certain fish being more aggressive on Tequila then Kentucky Whiskey are spending fit for impoundment.

BTW, I had to add this word to the dictionary of my browser. This perfectly shows how forgotten the word is.

At any rate, it indeed helps to balance the budget and to restore a semblance of balance between the purse and execution.

Since today X.com causes strickt enforcement of firefox enhanced tracking protection to break the presentation of the site.

This means: x is actively changing the settings so, it can track each visitor. Be conscious about what you do with your data. (incl .fingerprinting!)

Contained within Economic Sophisms is the satirical parable known as the candlemakers' petition in which candlemakers and tallow producers lobby the Chamber of Deputies of the French July Monarchy (1830–1848) to block out the Sun to prevent its unfair competition with their products.

This is partly a quote from wiki about one of Bastiat's others works. What i noticed over time, certain ideas are being taken and then given new meaning by the left. Think of blocking out the sun to combat climate change.

Yes, it is all a matter of ideology, or rather: mental illness. Based logic in fact is currently thought of as despicable. it is protectionism of robbery the reigns high under the guise of lofty words, nice suits and consensus.

I highly recommend to read his books!

The fact that justice Thomas sided with the majority peaked my interest. I have to read the decision and the dissenting views to make chocolate from it.

Killer alright. Good starting point as it acknowledges that, yeah, construction requires some ass-acting.

I watched a docu a couple of days ago about Trump's move from queens to Manhattan. Man, he was the only one getting cement during a cement squeeze. And he did not get it while playing easy.

And what about foreign countries? How often does Trump have to say: Korea, Japan, China, Canada, Mexico, EU are screwing over the US, big time.

It would not surprise me if the counter is equal to or north of half the sovereign US-debt.

Is your dad an entrepreneur who took risk to pay hundreds and thousands of contractors? Does your dad comprehend the risks involved in conducting a billion dollar business? Does your dad comprehend the minefield that is construction?

And if your answer is yes, what then would be evidence of that?

https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/two-brothers-arrested-attacking-ethereum-blockchain-and-stealing-25-million

This is about the integrity of the Ethereum blockchain. OP, your title is incorrect.

manipulated and tampered with the process and protocols by which transactions are validated and added to the Ethereum blockchain. In doing so, they fraudulently gained access to pending private transactions and used that access to alter certain transactions and obtain their victims’ cryptocurrency. Once the defendants stole their victims’ cryptocurrency, they rejected requests to return the stolen cryptocurrency and took numerous steps to hide their ill-gotten gains.

They are charged with wire-fraud and conspiracy to commit wire-fraud and money-laundering.

These are interesting charges given the status of crypto.
