The US is obviously more corrupt and inefficient, but they still have a ton more money due to larger population and global economic ties. And they just gave Blackrock a trillion dollars.
According to https://www.theglobaleconomy.com/Russia/government_spending_dollars/, Russia's entire annual budget is around $300 billion, less than a third of what Blackrock's going play around with. And Blackrock's not even running a county.
That's a lot of buffer for incompetence by Blackrock.
