Everything in moderation. It used to be oils as the culprit, then animal fat, then sugar, then meat and so on and on. Palm oil is better than seed oil which used to be bad they said back then, then animal fat bad so they could sell fake crisco. Then sugar is bad so they can sell fake sugar. My grandparents lived to over 90 and over 100 and they ate a balance of everything but didn't use fake anything. Inflammation is a killer. Fake food is inflammatory. Just eat real food and everything in moderation, even sugar. God made it all for us.
Where did all these flus in the animals we eat for survival come from? Only the last 25 years we have known about them. What did humanity do for the 5000 years before that? Why didn't this exist even 100 years ago? I hate researchers. They seem to make life more miserable.

Easter is Ishtar. It is pagan. If 95% of the population wouldn't worship these pagan holidays then they would not be given so much fanfare. They are pagan holidays. It is amazing there are that many billionaires that died but that there are even more than that still alive. Being a billionaire today is like being a millionaire 30 years ago. I remember the days when we didn't even think about a billion dollars let alone someone have that much.
Taylor is a male name, at least it used to be. The more the sexes are pretend, the more the names are mixed up. Stupid people then name their own children with male or female names. Although most name the girls with boys names but I haven't seen the boys named with girls names.

My 10 year old and her friends are into Taylor Swift and have no idea that Swift is a pawn and possibly a he actually.. she (he) is popular like the Monkeys were in my day and she (he) is as fake as they were then also. Kids are easily impressionable and should be taught to be a fan of Christ only and to learn discernment about what is put out there for them to idolize. Telling the truth is never a bad thing but ignoring the lie for now can take the light away from it. Put the focus on what matters for adults right now for trafficking, political and gender bending because satan will use the children to water down the truth if we give it the focus.
