Look online to find frozen organic, healthy meat breakfast and dinner bowls, they do exist. I’ve seen them in California stores, they are not filled with processed junk and can be microwaved, but taste better if heated up in a skillet. Can order online if not in stores. It’s easier to change diet if you can substitute similar food choices but healthy.

I really enjoyed this show for a couple of seasons. Then is started focusing on the narcissistic main character flaws and getting a bit woke. Veered away from the interesting trial stuff, into soap opera drama, so I stopped watching.

Interesting photos. To me it looks like theater. Which ritual is, of course, but this looks like a longer production, not just one satanic ritual. Some of it looks almost like Catholic ritual. Some look like King Arthur story. His identification of some photos is wild guessing, as in, he identifies a man in a wig as a woman priestess. It would be interesting to hear where these photos came from and who dug them out of grandmas closet, etc.

I agree with many comments here. She’s been emotionally jerking you around, and you’ve been too dependent on her love.
Let her move into a different room, but don’t help her do it.
Live as roommates don’t expect love and closeness. I’ve seen couples live as roommates for their child.
Develop yourself, let her go, or at least “the idea of her” which is whatever you have been projecting she is in your mind. See her realistically. Don’t talk to her at all if she criticizes you or complains or wants anything other than politeness.
Work on your own self esteem, positive self talk.
Don’t get attached to her changing or being different. Just let that go.
See a therapist by yourself, there are many agencies that have low fee or take insurance.

Interesting. You are a good writer, better than the reviewer. I’ve long thought that’s the mainstream media needs to be not only exposed, but heads of media corporations need to roll, and the huge media machine needs to be broken up. Not sure it will happen, but one can hope.
