Did some searching on the terminology used in the letter and its being discussed in a number of places. One such is here: https://www.truthorfiction.com/does-a-leaked-british-intelligence-document-prove-trump-wiretapping-claims/

That articles author believed by expedient of getting some simple names and details wrong that its a hoax/forged document. Like the UK agent is not 'Michael Steele' but is 'Christopher Steele' for example. Valid claims.
