Possibly, yes. It could also be deliberate disinfo to throw off the deep state; in which case, Durham still has meaning - Sidney Powell went after all of the election fraud after Q posted Durham. She was born in a city called Durham.

I hope against hope the 24th is when it all goes down, it will be the greatest Christmas present of all time (other than Christ, of course :)
