RedPill78 recently interviewed Paul Preston, who says that the formation of a more conservative state called New California could become a reality in early January. He thinks that this could even be a factor in the Jan. 6 electoral challenge. They have been working on this for six years, and their approach follows the West Virginia split-off model that is constitutional. Article IV, Section 4, guarantees "a Republican Form of Government," which is being denied through gerrymandering, Dem lock on large urban cities, and rigged election systems. The new state already has a constitutional congress and a constitution, and they have declared their independence. Roughly half, or 20 million residents, would be split from the existing state. Preston wants us to demand that DJT activate the Insurrection Act, which could by-pass needed approvals from the existing CA legislature and the U.S. Congress.
Q Posts 1197 and 2621 have to do with election fraud in response to questions by Anons. When asked in 1197 (4/19/18) "Will election fraud be revealed soon?" Q responded "Yes, midterms are safe. Watch CA. Q." Again in 2621 (12/12/18), an Anon asked, "Will voter fraud in CA ever be brought to light?" Q responded "Yes. 'Watch CA' was deliberate. Q." Since future proves past, could Q have been talking about the 2020 election? While we have court cases filed in CA about the fraud, there's no attention on them.
In the long run, a split state could be HUGE, as it gives a roadmap to forming even more conservative states in the nation. New Illinois and New Nevada have already started the process. Oregon is trying to hook up with Idaho and Northern California. There are others.

New York DESPERATELY needs this
New York was brought up by Preston. Separates NY Metro from upstate NY. Hang in there!
better choose the boundary lines smartly, else California will have 4 more senators.
The current plan is to keep the blue urban areas of LA, San Fran, and Sacramento in the current state with 20 million people; everything else would be New California, a red state, with the same number of people. Preston claims to have already asked the counties which way they would go. The initial plan was to keep the entire coastline counties between San Fran and LA in the existing state, but Preston said those counties are more conservative and do not want to stay with the urban areas. Each state would have 2 senators, so that would be two red and two blue.
Good write up. Thank you. Paul Preston has been on this in a legal, constitutional way since the beginning. They have also flown under the radar totally. This is going to happen. There are no blue states, only blue cities.
I haven't heard it called the state of "New California". I live in N CA and around my area they want to split off and call it "The State of Jefferson". I signed the petition of course.
