I recently put up a low power FM radio station and have been broadcasting many shows on the FM dial for the sheep. I have a 2-mile range. so I have been getting permission from different shows like x22 and Dave gave me his blessing to do so. I'm my area there are hundreds of condo dwellers and they sometimes go out and sit in their cars to clear snow or just have a smoke. but the response has been wild. in the interest of what is at stake, we all have to find ways to educate people. and this works so well.
