Data center nerd here. Sungard had multiple locations bought out by Vxchnge a few years ago. It’s the same facility. https://www.datacenterdynamics.com/en/news/vxchnge-buys-eight-sungard-as-data-centers/
hmmmmm... Just looked them up. Some interesting things they do. Looks like someone needed to get something from them, probably shot up the place, got what they wanted and then mopped it up with a RV full of fertilizer???
Is this the same company? https://www.datacenters.com/providers/sungard
I think the RV was a cover story, they dropped one maybe 2 of those suicide drones prob when they were a safe distance away. Compare the damage to the cars in Nashville to Brian Kemps daughters BF car that exploded on the fwy.
Exactly. This explosion did not burn off the paint on the cars or knock down a small tree.
Sungard is still in business, they just sold off a few of the data centers to Vxchnge which is a separate company. From the looks of the pictures, the data center was not physically impacted. The explosion could have taken down power but a facility like that would kick to the backup generator within minutes and the data would remain available. Additionally, that same data is also likely to be in a second location as well. We are still missing a piece of this puzzle.
