Cerebus Capital....the same capital management corporation that bought and took over Remington Arms in 2007 and bankrupted Remington last year.
Ran it and many smaller arms companies that Cerebus bought/took over out of business in 2019.
All was sold off this fall in the bankruptcy settlement.
