What recourse do states have other than the Supreme Court in state-to-state disagreements? I believe they were wrong and acting politically to refuse to hear the evidence.
Trump still has scotus 5 to 4 without Roberts. They should rule in his favour after military action. It was no coincidence that all 3 trump appointees voted against taking the Texas case. It was a test of the 6 others loyalty to the constitution.
