Thank you. Yes, I appreciate all links. Hopefully we get some “official” confirmation on some of this stuff from US gov’t agencies. For the time being, this info is squirrelled away in nondescript corners of the internet in broken up pieces that have to be meticulously re-assembled to make any sense of the puzzle.
