Recognized Hans Von Spakovsky name on that list. Spakovsky is an election law attorney, associated with The Heritage Foundation, is a former FEC member, and was on Trump's election integrity commission. So, yes, if this is the same Von Spakovsky, he would likely know about election fraud and have at least some degree of access to "inside" information.
