An Italian guy uploaded the software to turn Trump votes into Biden votes, but now he has become a whistle blower and has provided photos, phone calls and docs to prove what he is saying. There's a lot more, but my boomer brain can only retain so much info at one time. lol

Spakovsky is an election law attorney, associated with The Heritage Foundation, is a former FEC member, and was on Trump's election integrity commission. So, yes, if this is the same Von Spakovsky, he would likely know about election fraud and have at least some degree of access to "inside" information.
