Is Q a programmer or fluent with mathematics?

While most people in the English language tend to prefer the "exclusive OR" which only allows "either x or y" but not both.

However, mathematically, the usage of "or"" tends to signify an "inclusive OR" operation which implies "x or y or (x AND y)"
