Nope. The woman was not shot. Slow the video down, and you can see the guy turn his gun toward the hall, fire, and then turn back. The woman climbed down and then fell back on her backpack, which was pulled up to keep her from cracking her head. The "police" guy who points his rifle toward the door gives those people a thumbs up.
I think the woman infiltrated the Antifa crowd, and there was a setup fake kill to mess with Antifa's heads. Before this, the police was actually waving the Antifa in and pointing out where they should go.

That makes sense, part of the effort to prevent any real damage to the building etc and cut the whole thing short.
