All I've found on "Ashli" was a town hundreds of years ago, under attack from Russia, the prince escaped in the haze of the smoke.

This is the NOT-dead guy put forward as "Richard Russell". Once we knew what was going on, the whole thing was incredible and even pretty funny. Which is amazing, considering his part in the story started with an attack on the president.
