That seems to be part of the game, and maybe is a tell about the game Lin is playing. Which is to say, Cultstate's overarching motive is to explain how easy it is to influence the public conscious online via information warfare.

Simply by "echoing" the existence of blackmail and its usage as an asset among the hegemonic class, whether having it or not, there's still a question as to whether or not you have it. Do you? Does he? Doesn't matter really. The fact that somebody, somewhere might just have it is likely enough to incite paranoia among this class to prevent it from operating effectively.
The networks enabling blackmail are incredibly discreet and based on a lot of trust (and, of course, blackmail). If 1,000 Lin Woods are echoing the existence of blackmail, and/or saying they've got it, then you could hypothetically disintegrate these trust networks and make them turn on one another. Forcing their hands.
So, question is, did Kappy actually have the videos? Or is it meant to punk the rats into turning in each other? Is Lin racticing ‘Blackmail Inflation’?
(Effectively saying Kappy was spooking the existing networks).
And then resulting in some continuation of this spooking with a like to this Telegram chat with "Follow." > https://t.me/forKappy
To say the least, it's definitely a continuation and it appears that either wittingly or unwittingly, Lin Wood and others have started to amplify/echo this "honeypot" of sorts.
In other words, it appears more and more that the "dead man's switch" is a concerted effort by a few core parties (CS being one, "Not Jimmy" on the For Kappy channel being another - or potentially one and the same). In fact, at this time, I'm pretty sure "Not Jimmy" = "The Leper" from the Slack screenshots.
btw, CS also indicated who "Slater" is -- Kevin Cordova, the driver of Milo Yiannopoulos.
We had some discussion last night:

CS has become active on Twitter in the past 24h specifically about this and has given some more context. Starting with... https://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/240501973/#240520825

Nice job!
