It's an American flag with a gun. I don't think an antifa person would wear that. Also note the athleticism, speed at which he must be moving, and weapon at his side. he also knows to keep his head down so he's completely unidentifiable. It looks like a special ops guy sprinting through the capital, either to seize laptops, or possibly just as crowd control.
