So why are all these countries signing agreements with usa...and peace agreements with usa. Unless they know biden admin will have rubber stamp to go back to old ways and they want to legally tie them up. Or they think trump is still going to be there after the 20th...why would they bother if a new admin is just a few days away?

Joe's sec of state twitter handle is @ABlinken. Shortly afterwards Pompeo started tweeting about ending international slavery. Pretty funny coincidence if you think about it.
But also @ABlinken hasn't tweeted out anything since Jan 5. He hasn't even mentioned he met with Pompeo or anything. He hasn't even spoken out against the "riot". Being Biden's sec of state you'd think he would at least say something about that. I think he could be detained somewhere already.
Good point. It makes me wonder how seriously Trump’s most trusted people, that know what is really going happen, are taking Pedo’s “cabinet picks”. Pompeo is likely just going through the motions to give the illusion that he is onboard with this transition to the fake administration.
