They are all part of the ".win" "network":

They use SSO (Single-Sign-On) - authentication.win to keep the same username across all sites.

From my understanding, they do not use the same hosts, etc but do use Cloudflare to prevent against DDOS attacks, etc.

Anybody know how to request a new win? I wish there was a libertarian.win. We've been completely censored and overrun by socialists on reddit.

Someone would have to build it. The domain name "libertarian.win" has already been purchased by someone, but the .win domains typically cost a couple thousand or so just for the name. That doesn't even take into account the infrastrucutre (server, network, etc) costs.
