Is there any verified source that Apple is updating to remove the EBS? Wouldn't that be HIGHLY, HIGHLY illegal?

Not to say it would surprise me if they did.. Or to say any of these fucks give one good shit about the law anyway.. But wouldn't this stir up some MAJOR shit with the FCC or something?

I haven't seen a single ebs since the very first test one when they brought it online.

I think my google phone has had it surpressed since.
