VATICAN VIDEO FEED: Light filter removed suddenly?

VATICAN VIDEO FEED: I notice that about 50+ minutes ago a "light filter" came off the video feed. It went from almost pitch dark to normal immediately. Makes no sense if you watch the Christmas tree and star or the security cart. Just scroll the video backward and forward.

Saw it in real time. Definitely a filter change.

Blackout also confirmed via people in Rome. Guess Vatican has enough emergency power to light it up even during a blackout. Wonder why they didn't cut the feed off the camera entirely.
