Do you think this is intentional? Are they maybe planning on switching at the very last second? So that gab is not in the spotlight already? Or what might be the plan behind that?

Another thought was, that maybe they want to give gab enough time to upgrade their servers

Maybe Trump has already had his social media platform created but not yet made public? Be looking forward to EBS broadcast to TV and your digital devices for that announcement
Pretty sure Flynn has been on Gab. Unfortunately I can't check or give you a link because I can't get to much on Gab right now.

Last I read from torba gab was adding more servers and could be glitchy for awhile
