For one it wasn't a consession speach. Two Q said he would be safe on af1 in an undisclosed area. (Or something to that effect) three he is going to say everything the deep state would want to hear because he wants them to feel in control before knocks them all out unexpectantly. Plus if he is not really there they would probably use a deep fake. Although you would think they would have pre-recorded a video for this occasion.

It does seem fake — but if I were going to do a fake concession video, I’d include the words “ I concede” in it.
