Boots on the ground here in VA, not confirming anything, but all I can say is there is an eerie lack of air traffic in the sky. Bluebird clear. Very few if any aircraft visible up in the FL's, and I am located on a entry pattern to a commercial airport, almost no landing aircraft so far today.
