Parler uses CloudFlare. Did they just filter requests for LinWood's Parler profile?

GenFlynn and Sidney's profiles are still up, but any request to LinWood's profile gives me a CloudFlare error that I have never seen before.

Able to load him now. That PDF is 1000% fake and would be obvious to an 8 year old. Why would he post that?
