It's just a cold weather jacket. I still have mine from AGES ago. you can see underneath that they are wearing dress tops too

Those are the old BDU field jackets. You can tell by the epaulettes on the shoulder. Weird I was issued one in army basic and NEVER used it. Think it’s still around here some where.
