That or the guy's in the process of having a stroke. But yeah, that word salad is weird as all hell.
EDIT: Looks like it's a reference to a release from him also dated today but not sure what time that went out:

The rest of the sentence in the tweet is still messy though, seems like there's something else there.
EDIT 2: Actually might be related to that tweet he posted earlier today for just 30 seconds or whatever before he deleted it again. That tweet had a statement along with a map:
https://greatawakening.win/p/11Rhd2it0x/pompeo-breaks-the-30-min-cycle-a/c/
Found that map on a larger scale:
https://www.usaid.gov/sites/default/files/documents/1866/04.20.20_-_East_Africa_Desert_Locust_Infestation_Map.pdf
If you look at it closely, it shows that the locust infestation in Africa originated from Yemen in July/August 2019 before wrecking stuff in Africa. Now Yemen is brought up again.
Q talks about maps a lot "The MAP is the KEY", "News unlocks map", that kind of stuff. But how would this relate to anything that's going on now?
EDIT 3: Not sure if it means anything, but it's late so I'm reaching. According to different sites, the whole issue with the locust invasion in Africa from Yemen was due to the civil war there. Because everything was busy getting blown up, no one was able to do the normal containment methods they used and they spread way out of control:

And I know next to nothing on the Yemeni civil war, but from what I can see it's basically a proxy war with Iran supporting the Houthis (mentioned by Pompeo), who lead the initial attacks, and the US supporting Saudi Arabia, who supports the government of Yemen.
In March 2019 the Senate--for the first time ever--tried to invoke the War Powers Resolution Act to basically stop US involvement in a military conflict by overstepping the president. They pushed this bill through 54-46. The main sponsor of this bill was Bernie Sanders. Trump vetoed it.

I honestly can't dig too much deeper and maybe I'm going nowhere. Just interesting pieces of a puzzle getting highlighted.
Good work regardless.
