Flynn has endorsed it as well. I'm not going to give anyone my phone number, and they block access to users who haven't logged in.

that is my objection as well. At least I could read tweets and parler without joining. Do not want to "join" couthub or gab.

Gab is normally OK but when Parler went down, GAB's users suddenly multiplied by 7 ! Over 700% increase. They are adding servers and it's already a lot better. I use this group:
