Hawker Beechcraft Corp MC-12W Liberty, callsign SOONR61 just took off. Odd callsign. Plane is a highly modern intelligence and recon plane. Currently in northern Texas moving East.

I checked out where this plane is circling in google earth. There’s a dirt runway just west with a weird circle of tires? I went to the old aerial imaging and there’s a giant Star of David in a field out there.
This area is Fort Chaffee, and these flights from other states to come circle the area are very common. They do lots of training both on the ground and in the air there. TBH, there doesn't seem like much is different or heightened around here recently.
